My event decorating and styling hours are totally customizable for whatever you would need me for, bringing together the vision of your special day.

Kate can work with your florist at the venue for set up and arrangements.
Kate works with additional rental companies for larger drapery, backdrop or lighting installs.
Kate to set up place settings, head table, cake table, seating chart, cards + gifts table, photo booth, table numbers, centerpieces, ceremony, favors, extra greens + accents, etc.
Kate can take care of floral, furniture or accents transitions from ceremony to reception. (tip: use the same items in ceremony to reception to help your budget).
Kate can ensure candles + lighting are properly lit to set the ambiance.
Additional cost for meetings with external vendors (florist, venue, rental company) prior to event.
Final Invoice - total number of decorating hours, additional meetings and remaining balance of any Key Decor rentals (if any) is sent one week after event date.
